Delivery
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Our standard delivery time is 2–7 business days within the Nordic region and approximately 10 business days outside the Nordic region.
We strive for orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends, are shipped the following business day.
Once your package has left our warehouse and has been collected by the carrier, you will receive your first delivery update.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose.
Available shipping options are displayed at checkout, where you can also see the estimated delivery date for each method based on your location.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the list below for estimated delivery times to all regions.

Your purchase will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation on weekdays (excluding public holidays). Once your package has left the warehouse, you can track it by logging in with your order number and email address.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping for selected countries and above the following order amounts:
- Sweden: 1000 SEK
- Norway: 1000 NOK
- Denmark: 700 DKK
- Finland: 100 EUR
- Germany: 100 EUR
If your purchase total is below this amount or if you select a different shipping method than the free shipping option, a shipping fee will be charged.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Items shipped within the EU, UK and Norway are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
Other non-EU countries may be subject to VAT and customs duties once the package reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
Ani Jewels is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
If you have any further questions regarding VAT and customer duties, please contact your local customs office for more information.
What happens if I don't collect my package?
If you do not collect your package from the collection point, it will automatically be returned to us after 7 days. Please note that if you fail to collect your order, an additional administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged to cover return shipping, packaging and handling costs.
An unclaimed package fee will be charged as follows:
• Sweden: 90 SEK
• Norway: 100 NOK
• EU countries: 15 EUR
• United Kingdom: 15 GBP
• Switzerland: 15 CHF
• Canada: 60 CAD
• Australia: 60 AUD

My Order
Where is my order?
Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your delivery. If you are unable to view tracking updates via the link, please feel free to contact us at info@ani-jewels.com and we will assist you.
Where is my order confirmation?
In connection with your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you have not received your order confirmation, please check if it has ended up in your spam folder.
During product launches and high seasons, order confirmation emails may take some time to arrive. If you have not received your order confirmation by the day following your purchase, kindly contact us at info@ani-jewels.com and we will resend it.
Can I cancel my order?
You are always welcome to email us at info@ani-jewels.com and we will be happy to assess if it is possible to cancel your order. Since we strive to keep our delivery promises, orders are handled promptly so please note that there are limitations to cancel orders after they have been confirmed and handled.
Please note that once your order has been processed and packed at our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled, even if it has not yet been shipped. We strive to offer our customers fast and efficient processing and delivery times. For this reason, orders begin processing as soon as possible after they are received and once this process has started, we are unfortunately unable to stop or cancel the order.
Can I change the address or other information on my order?
You can always email us at info@ani-jewels.com and we will assist if changes are possible. However, please note that once the order has been processed at our warehouse or collected by the carrier, it can no longer be modified. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to see if they can update the delivery details in their system.
Can I change the products or sizes in my order?
You can always contact us at info@ani-jewels.com and we will check if it’s possible to make changes.
Please note: We are only able to modify sizes, not change which product you ordered, and only as long as the order has not yet been packed at our warehouse.
Returns
I want to return an item, how do I do so?

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
We strive to issue refunds as promptly as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days. After we have processed the refund, the amount will be paid to your card within 2-5 business days. For invoice payment, the amount will be amended immediately, and for partial payments, the amount will be updated when you receive your invoice.
How do I submit a claim?
If you feel that you have received a defective product, you are welcome to contact our customer service department and we will gladly help you.

What payment methods are accepted?
We offer safe and flexible payment options on our website. You can pay by:
- Card payment, (VISA & Mastercard)
- Direct Payments and “Buy Now, Pay Later” Klarna Payments
- Shopify Pay
- Google Pay
- ANI Jewels gift cards
- For customers in Sweden, we also offer Swish Payments.
- For customers in the Netherlands, we also offer iDEAL Payments.
All payments are securely processed through our payment partners, and their respective terms and privacy policies apply
I have chosen the wrong payment method, can I change this?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we are unable to update the payment method.
Why does my card not work?
There are several reasons why a card payment may not work. We recommend logging in to your online bank to ensure that your card is activated for online purchases. If the card is activated, you may need to clear your browser cookies or try placing the order on a different domain. Please make sure you have selected the correct country at checkout.
How do I pay with gift cards?
You enter your gift card number at checkout in the designated field. Please make sure there are no spaces before or after the code when entering it.
My Account & Log In
I want to delete my account, how do I do so?
Email our customer service at info@ani-jewels.com and we will delete your profile.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any newsletter email or contact info@ani-jewels.com.
Gift Cards
How do gift cards work?
When you purchase a digital gift card, you will receive an email promptly after your purchase containing your Gift Card Code, expiration date and amount. The Gift Card Code can then be applied in the checkout. Please note that the gift card is valid for 12 months from the order date.
I have not received an email with my gift card, what should I do?
Start by checking your spam folder. If it’s not there, kindly get in touch with us at info@ani-jewels.com and we will help you.
Can I use multiple gift cards to make a purchase?
Yes, you can use more than one gift card on a single order. Enter each gift card code at checkout, and the total value will be applied to your purchase. If the gift card balance does not cover the full order amount, the remaining balance can be paid using another available payment method.
Can I use a gift card for multiple orders?
Yes. If there is remaining balance on your gift card after a purchase, it can be used for future orders until the full value has been redeemed. The remaining balance will be automatically updated after each purchase.

What materials do you use?
At ANI Jewels, we take pride in using high-quality materials such as 925 Sterling silver and 100% recycled brass, plated with 18K or 14K gold, in order to create jewelry that is not only beautiful but also available at an accessible pricepont.

What does gold-plated and silver-plated mean?
Gold-plated and silver-plated jewelry means that a base metal, in our case 925 sterling silver or 100% recycled brass is coated with a layer of real 18K or 14K gold or 925 sterling silver on the surface. This gives the piece its beautiful color and finish, while the core metal provides strength and durability.
We choose plating intentionally. By using high-quality gold or silver plating instead of solid precious metals, we’re able to offer the look and feel of fine jewelry at a more accessible price point. This allows us to create elevated, design-driven pieces without the high cost of solid gold or silver.
At ANI, we use high-quality plating to ensure long-lasting shine and wear. With proper care, avoiding water, perfumes and chemicals, your plated jewelry can maintain its finish beautifully over time.
Does your jewelry contain nickel or cadium?
All of our jewelry is nickel-free and allergy friendly. Under each product card, you can read more about the product’s specific material under ‘Material & Dimensions’.
Can I buy your products in a physical store?
For now, we do not have our own physical stores. However, we are available with a selection of our products at selected resellers in Sweden and Norway. Please visit our Store Locator here, in order to see which resellers are available and where they are located.
How should I take care of my jewelry?
To preserve the shine and finish of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Always remove your pieces before showering, exercising, or swimming and store them separately in a dry place when not in use.
Our pieces are gold- and silver-plated to offer a more accessible price point while maintaining a premium look, which also means they benefit from a little extra care.

How do I find my sizes?
To find your correct size, start by measuring at home before placing your order. For rings, measure your finger at the end of the day when your hands are at their normal size, and avoid measuring when your fingers are cold. For bracelets, measure your wrist closely and decide how loose you would like the fit.
Once you have your measurement in millimeters, it’s important to compare it with the sizing chart in our Size Guide to find your corresponding ANI size. Your measurement does not automatically equal your size, please use the table to match it correctly.

How do I remove the hygiene seal on my earrings?
To remove the hygiene seal, gently push the metal slider. Inside the jewelry box your piece comes in, you’ll find an instructional image beneath the cushion with both visual and written guidance on how to do this.
The hygiene seal is there to ensure that your earrings arrive untouched and for hygiene reasons, as earrings cannot be returned once the seal has been removed.
