Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your ANI piece. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to exchange or return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and if sealed for hygienic reasons, the seal must remain intact.

If you make a return from Australia, Canada, Switzerland please follow the steps below:

1. Preferably use the Return Form you got on your Shipping Note together with your order and specify Return code and Quanity.

2. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging together with your Return Form.

3. Ship the package, preferably with a trackable service (OBS! Do not use Registered Mail or Cash on Delivery), to the address below.

4. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 30 days, but often faster.

If you make a return from UK, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us at info@ani-jewels.com to receive assistance in creating a return shipping label.

2. Fill out the “Return Form” and place it inside the package.

3. Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.

4. A fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 30 days, though it often takes less time.


EXCHANGES

You can exchange your item for another size or style.

• Free of charge in most markets

• Your new item is shipped once we receive and approve your return

Exchanges are not available for orders from Switzerland, UK, Canada, and Australia. Customers in these countries can return their item and place a new order instead.


RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers cover the return shipping fee, which is deducted from the refund once the return is received and approved.

Tip! If you used Klarna as your payment method, you can contact Klarna to extend the due date/freeze the invoice to avoid reminder fees. ANI is not responsible for any reminder fees.

Note! If the product is not in fully resalable condition when returned, an additional fee for the loss of value may apply.


Returns for “2-for-1” or “Gift with Purchase” Campaigns

If you return part of the offer or the gift you received, no refund will be issued. To receive a refund, all items included in the offer must be returned.


Returns for Stacks and Sets with Bundle Pricing

It is not possible to return parts of a Stacking or Set purchased at a bundle price. The entire package must be returned for a refund to be issued. Price reductions will be done on returns on Stacking and Set purchases.


Returns for Other Offers

If you return an item that was purchased with a discount, the discount applied to that item will be removed. Your refund will be based on the discounted price you paid.
If you exchange an item, the same discount will be applied to the replacement item. Discount codes and campaign discounts cannot be reused after a return.


Uncollected parcels

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we charge a handling and return shipping fee to cover the costs from the carrier.

The fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you’re unsure about delivery time or need help, feel free to contact us before the parcel is returned.


Claims and Defect Products

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will help you resolve the issue in accordance with consumer law.

Claims do not cover normal wear and tear, ageing, oxidation of silver or brass, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper use or storage.

Please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect – under consumer law, two months is considered reasonable.

Email info@ani-jewels.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect.

Ani Who AB reserves the right to, in the first instance, repair the defect, in the second instance, replace the item, and as a last resort, offer a refund. Please contact our customer service with questions about claims and returns at info@ani-jewels.com. Note that Ani Who AB does not cover return shipping costs. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).
