Withdraw Order

As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Please select the option below that applies to you.

My Order Has Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will do our best to cancel the shipment before it is dispatched. No return shipping fee or handling charge will be deducted, and any payment made will be refunded in full within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email once your cancellation has been registered.

My Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, please register your withdrawal via our returns portal, which you can find in the button below. You will then need to wait until the parcel arrives before sending it back to us.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and if sealed for hygienic reasons, the seal must remain intact.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds may take 2–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be refunded for the returned products only.
